I know you may be worried about not receiving your order, but it's only been ten days since they shipped it. Usually, it takes around 1 or 2 days to get the mail on a plane, then it can sit in customs for anywhere from 3-10 days, and then, (not considering the time of year) it can take another 3-7 days for delivery to your mailbox. This is a best case scenario! that's why 2 weeks is around the time everyone starts getting packages... that aren't held up for any reason, mind you. The first time I ordered with this company, it took almost three weeks from ship date. I was worried, of course, but it still came, I just needed patience. Especially when it comes to chargebacks, it's kinda like burning your bridges behind you when you don't try every last thing to rectify a missing order. They seem receptive to re-shipments also, so it's obvious they don't really want to have any negative experiences.
