Well, I have not received the order I placed on 11/17 yet. My confidence has been utterly shaken in IOP's since a company that has proved reliable for not only me but so many others, would send the first package I've ever had in 5 years of online ordering not to come through. I had hopes that the time of year was to blame, but no order or customs letter yet has me baffled. I know that some don't receive customs letters until a month or two later, so I am not writing this off as a loss yet, but my hope of still getting my package is no longer alive. Of course I need to follow up with the company before you hear any bad feedback, but given that everyone (except our friend cougar to the north)has not only received their order, but received it in less than 3 weeks (the majority), I can't logically assume that mine will show up tomorrow after waiting a month. I am going to e-mail them now asking how to get a reshipment once I get letter or what to do otherwise. As always, I would be interested if anyone has any suggestions or helpful ideas for me or anyone in the same boat.

As I mentioned I've been very lucky to never have a seizure or non-delivery from any IOP, so I'm working in the dark.
