i like it when people are a happy the vendors i use have passed my gautlent of good customer service and delivery. i had one occassion i was too forgiving, paid the price for it, and i don't expect that is ever going to happen again i'm willing to cut people slack, but only as much as is colloquially practiced.
keep a even temper, and witty remark, and a pocket full of praise when it's apropriate. everyone is rooting for eveyone else!
