Your order was shipped before seven banking days past. You placed your order on the 13th. It can take up to seven banking days for the order to be processed. You should know we are NOT in North America.
Thank you for the information. I just don't understand why it takes posting on this forum to get any kind of response regarding order status. And what good is a tracking number if I receive it AFTER the order arrives? I understand you are not in North America, and believe me, I have read every single last post on this forum with regards to your firm - and that is why I ordered from you. But this lack of communication in a world where email travel at wire-speed is NOT good business. I just expected more. I must admit that your communication on this forum is exemplary - if you can appply that same level of communication outside of this forum, you'll have much happier customers.
