I'm not sure what the deal is here, but I ordered on 10/13 and have recently inquired via email to matthew on status; not to mention a PM prior to that asking for status, in which I was told this info would be forwarded on as well. Neither has produced a response. I do not wish to have my funds hanging in limbo for this anount of time, when no one can even give me order status. I don't think this is asking too much. I'm sure the logistics of your business are cumbersome, but I expected something more, and would really appreciate a refund at this point.
