at least the domestic ops are in a gray area. whereas IOPS are straight up ILLEGAL. no room for discussion. + there's ALOT less ppl having meds seized from OPS than IOPS is all I am basing my statement on about keeping domestic. and yes "moral goverment" is an oxymoron lol but I am gonna look into this VIPPS thing. thanx
