The California Highway Patrol does not consider driving under the influence of Kava Kava 'childs play'. They have in recent months issued two citations for driving under the influence (DUI).

We do not recommend anyone drive while taking any medication that will affect ones reaction times, or otherwise impairs ones abilities.
