We are very sorry you are dissatisfied. When they gave you more than a few email answers stating that it takes about seven working days to process an order, not including weekends or holidays that is an estimate and considering the process and systems it is the best we can provide. We are located some 6000 kilometres from one pharmacy and another huge distance from our pharmacy and office in Europe. We do not maintain records in one location. Rather they are maintained in a location that is safe and secure. We cannot provide an exact date and time the order will be processed, we an only provide an estimate. You, in no uncertain terms, expressed your displeasure with our response and as we could give you no further response, we cancelled your order rather than to continue to waste time and energy while at the same time seeing your frustration level continue to rise, as well as ours along with yours.

You could have easily calculated an estimated time of delivery using the information given in any one of the several emails. We, once again, could plainly see that was not sufficient for you.

The previous replies were not cryptic; they provided estimated times, which is all we can give. Even the fourteen days time on delivery is an estimate as we do not do the delivery and are only able to provide an estimated delivery time. Had delivery by the courier company gone over the fourteen days by a few days we could see your frustration level at a point well beyond its current level. It was better for you that we return your monies.

It, therefore, was in your best interest that we cancel the order and return your monies.
