--Perduretas are 50g codeine vs 15mg of codesian PER PILL. Raj sells 15mg codesian as opposed to the more common 28.7 mg we are used to seeing. That might be the difference.
--Also, it could just be your body chemistry. A friend of mine finds much more relief from 2 perds than 4 (28.7mg) codesian (+ aspirin). It was the "retardo" effect, apparently, that makes the med work so much better for her. This person also found much more relief from Contugesic than from the same or greater amount of plain DHC. Doesn't make sense to me because I have the opposite reaction. "Retardo" (time-release) products don't do hardly anything for me(we both have migraines).
--You could also try taking aspirin with the codesian. Aspirin, tylenol and ibuprofen enhance the pain-killing effects of opiates. However, most of us here in these parts advocate avoiding tylenol and ibuprofen(advil, 'n-saids' like Alleve). Bad for the liver and bad for the kidneys, respectively. Also, I got rebound headaches from ibuprofen & tylenol (kind of self-defeating for a migraine sufferer), but not from codesian.
--In my experience, I found IM4U to be everything Zippy said it was. Raj is very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. He answers emails promptly. He speaks English excellently-- better than I speak Hindi (or any other 2nd language). I never got the impression that there was any language problems.
In response to the person who thought he was trading on the reputation of onlinesolutions, Raj never mentioned them to me in several emails. I don't believe Zippy did either, except to say that IM4U was NOT affliated with onlinesolutions and that there was NO connection. If someone who is NOT Zippy or Raj speculated on a connection, that's hardly IM4U's "trading on" the rep of another OP. Also, I understand (from an Indian acquaintance) that "Raj" is a very, very common nickname and means "king" or something similar.
I found his products were just fine, certainly legit. Those tiny little 15mg beads are a pain to handle, but a bigger pain not to have.
I received the first part of my bead order in 12 days and the second about a week later. I also got a generous discount in beads. With the discount the price is the same as the late lamented P24! Packaging was very, very discreet and I didn't have to sign for it.
