We do answer every email. No email goes unanswered. Though we have not been paid for orders that were received the last weeks of August and the first weeks of September, they have been shipped. Pay Pal has those funds, we do not. We did make the shipments even though have never been paid for the orders from that time period. As to the personal tragedy experienced by the pharmacist when she returned from holiday..we are not going to go into that again.

We have had a customer in Sweden report it taking 21 days for an order to arrive. Your email bounced because of a technical issue, not because someone caused it to bounce on purpose.

No one is trying to turn the your words on you, we do feel your pain. We did just send our office in Europe an email and ask that they contact you directly.
