I second zippy - indiamed4u was founded by a former employee of OLS4U. He was a little forward in his PM's and first attempts to drum up business. That kind of turned me off him. Also there is always the question of proprietary information (i.e. customer lists) - I would not personally reward such behaviour with patronage - even acceidentially withg no information about wrongdoing.
