IM4U is usually pretty quick. The way most postal systems are it should not take more than 2 weeks unless holidays or strikes happen. IF customs is scrutinizing the mail or address was poorly writtten, it could slow things down. There are lots of variables but I have never heard of IM4U not fixing it for you if things go wrong but make sure you have done your part as well and got address right or emailed copy of seizure notice. This goes for all OPs. Keep checking the mail box. If IM4U were allowed access to this board they would be able address these issues as they come up as they do on other boards.

Rajeev says to check your bulk and trash folders as well as this happens all the time with anti spam ware. He says he always responds, if you get no response email again because there was a problem.
