This won't answer your question either, but IMHO, severity of legal action is all about the quantity. If it is a large enough seizure, then they will want to come find you. But to throw you in the slammer they would have to seize your computer, find the order info on it to show premeditation (otherwise it could be someone using your ID. I'm also assuming that it's not being mailed direct to your home.), I'm no attorney and I don't play on on TV. So this is just speculation. I'm sure there are more informed people on the board.
