Thanks for posting that very scary experience with Moneygram Online. I am so glad now that I went with Western Union Online. I've used them twice now, for 2 different OPs, and had no problem.
I've not done anything with WU or MG in person, but Zippy66 has experience in this. He says that, if you give them cash in person they don't care where or to whom it goes. That's logical, I think. I believe he did MoneyGram in person. For more info,send a PM to Zippy66, who is very helpful.
This makes sense according to my theory that it's actually a problem with the cc companies and these wire transfer companies. Just speculating, but maybe there's some sort of cc fraud insurance problem. But then again, you can use the cc directly in many IOPs and there's no problem like this scrutiny. So, who knows?
