Personally, I prefer Alprax, but I also like to mix it up...keeps things interesting. All that I've tried are good, but you may have a preference...my advice would be to make a "sampler" of all the brands you're curious about. Try them out, see which ones you like most, and order based on that. If you're feeling adventurous, you might want to try the melatonin+alprazolam combos...they're soothing.
