Re: Finally Opened Certified Letter From Customs

Quote:

Personally, I think *some* IOPS have a small habit of occasionally not sending out an order, then claiming it must have been seized with no love letter being sent. Selective scammers. Not blaming anyone in particular (no current ones come to mind) but it's something to think about.

Guys, think logically for a moment.

No pharmacy that accepts credit card payment would risk to not send an order out on purpose!

(Or send an order out short, delay a shipment or do anything to cause the customer to be unhappy.)

What could happen? The customer disputes the credit card charge, the OP will have their account frozen if too many people do this and can not charge credit cards anymore and can not accept new orders, is out of business and lost a lot of money. What pharmacy would want to risk having to tell their customers: 'Sorry, we can not take your order, we can not charge your credit card anymore'.

Every pharmacy in their right mind will try everything possible to replace an order if it was lost.

The only difficult part for a pharmacy is to know which customer is lying to get something for free and which customer really did not get their order.

A customs letter CAN help to prove it, if the letter had the date and type and quantity of the medication clearly on it. If you have a letter, tell the pharmacy, fax it to them! Show them that you are not making up stories.

Unfortunately customs steal most shipments without ever sending a letter. So sending orders by registered mail is the only way to see if a customer is honest.
