If you place a number of orders a few days apart or even on the same day, the pharmacy will assume you are trying credit card fraud, it will look like you are trying to HIDE the fact that you want to order a lot. Then again if you place a large order as a first time customer, they will also have no choice but to treat the order as suspicious, because the typical person who tries to use a stolen card, will also order more than the average quantity. The best would be to ask before you order! (Yes there are pharmacies who actually do have customer service, believe it or not, ask me if you need a recommendation.) From the point of view of a pharmacy, it would be best to make your FIRST order a small one, then let them know you received it and that you are happy, and from that moment on they will gladly accept larger orders from you without problems! The biggest risk and concern for a pharmacy is fraud. Always make sure you tell them that you received your order, this builds trust between you and the pharmacy. Pharmacies could drop prices significantly if there would not be so much fraud, either stolen credit cards, or people who receive their meds, and then pretend they did not. Everyone who tries that is causing a great damage to the industry and helps to destroy the industry and raise prices. Most of the big pharmacies now also share blacklists, people who make up lies that they did not receive their orders will have all orders rejected by all participating pharmacies. If there would be fewer people who lie and steal, pharmacies could ship more orders without requiring a signature, too! A lot less suspicious for customs inspections! If something requires a signature, it is very likely that it is some kind of commercial shipment, isn't it? But the pharmacy is left with no choice. They would love to save the money on registered mail, the customers would love not having to sign for their orders, and they would be less suspicious to ship, but because people take advantage of it, it is hardly possible. |
