Looks like I got ripped off. After my sending in an extra $30 with my order for 'SECOND DAY' shipping MexRx took my large order and mailed it 'FedEx Home Delivery' which is their cheapest least reliable form of ground shipping. That was one week ago. Now FedEx has confirmed that the order appears to be missing. Tracking the order confirms this. There was a scan on Thursday of last week at a sort center but that was it. The order has vanished and it hasn't gotten a scan in five days.

I have been writing to MexRx explaining this. At first they responded by simply overlooking the facts in my question and stating: Order shipped. Now they simply refuse to answer my emails requesting that they track the order themselves and communicate with me about what to do.

I have to advise against this pharmacy right now in the strongest possible terms.
