Thanks for the reply! Prevacid works the best for me too. I tried Protonex (sp?) and Prilosec and they weren't as effective for me. It is outrageous what this drug costs! I'll try that IOP and see if I can get some from them. We live about 20 minutes from the Canadian border, so maybe I'll investigate there too. With what my pain meds from OP already cost, the added cost of Prevacid would take a serious bite out of my budget!
