The only benzo equivalency chart I found doesn't have a listing for midazolam. Personally, I'd say a 7.5 tab is roughly equal to 1mg xanax or 10-15mg valium. ymmv. Don't be afraid to take them, just don't take a bunch. I took 8 one time while drinking and blacked out big time
