How would I be able to calculate an appropriate dosage on a 7.5mg Roche Dormicum Midazolam based on my height and weight? Does Midazolam have a V or X relative comparison chart posted anywhere? How strong is this Roche Dormicum Midazolam 7.5mg going to be?

I am curious because I have been afraid to take them even though they were procured through a trusted source. Since then, I heard these things are knockout powerful and perhaps darn right deadly, which seemingly applies to the verse form. I am in no need to hurry without more info.
