I just ordered from them for the second time last night as a matter of fact and I immediately received an e-mail confirmation.

The only thing I can think of is possibly the problem I had the first time I ordered from them....

I am not sure what type of "junk mail" filter you have set on your e-mail system, but the first time I ordered I also never received a confirmation and they never answered a status update request e-mail I sent them.

Then one day about ready to write a very nasty e-mail to them since my CC was charged, I go to my "junk e-mail" folder (I was using a hotmail account) which I rarely even checked (I do now!) and there were three e-mail's from them, one the origional confirmation, one a reply to my status request e-mail, and one a notice of shipment! I received my meds three days later!
