I would say you're very, very funny, cleaned up for the board comment to your friend sounds pretty accurate.
Expensive scammers. Now that takes balls.
Anyway, have you (or your friend) e-mailed them as to why it is taking so long as their web site says order should arrive within 7 - 15 days of processing (which is only supposed to be 24 hours)? I would say 28 days is a bit over that range.
As a general rule of thumb if an IOP is reputable, it should only take two to three weeks max from date of order to date of receipt.... I find two weeks to be about average.
I have ordered from a few IOP's several times and only three times has it taken longer than that.
Two times they were out of stock (and e-mailed me status/allowed to cancel my order). .
The third time, well, let's just say the IOP was dysfunctional and I never ordered from them again. It took six months; no excuse would justify that, especially since their customer service during the whole thing was horrible (oh it's shipped, there is nothing we can do).
