I have had around 5 or 6 successful transactions with this IOP. The last time I e-mailed them (about certain products being out of stock) they seemed VERY uninterested in giving a definate answer, or a helping hand. They also displayed a poor attitude that was blatently reflected in their e-mail.

Until they step up and give it to me straight (w/o the attitude), I won't be ordering anytime soon!!!
