Sorry you guys have had such a bad experience with them but I have ordered at least 6 times and always received my order packaged the same and in the same frame of time. All orderes had to be signed for but I have never had a problem with them. After looking at the site it has changed alot from the last time I ordered like the address you send seizure notices too was actually just one hour from my house, which I liked alot but it doesn't give that actual address without emailing them first so maybe they have changed hands...give them some time and maybe they will get back to business as usual.
