Iam in the same situation as you fawna i got the tracking number on the 11th and today is the 17th and it still comes up as billing info recieved but no ship date. i have been in contact with ups and xyzmeds and both have been no help hopefully i will get a straight answer and get what i ordered i think cause everyone is ordering from them they are getting overwhelmed i have given them 2 days to give me a straight answer about what is going on ill let you know what happens just keep bugging them until you get your order gotta say im not happy with them right now
