You may want to have checked out the web site before posting as it answers most of your questions.... In any case,

1) I'd rather not "do" them in either country!
On their home page they make it quite clear they are based in Mexico. "Mexican Pharmacy" is mentioned all over the place! In case there is any confusion this is from the FAQ section of their web site:

"Where do the drugs come from?

A fully qualified, reputable Mexican pharmacy. The prescription is mailed (via international mail) directly to you."

2) If you send them an e-mail requesting status I would hope they would reply. But otherwise don't expect much updates along the way.

3) Again from their web site I copied the following:

"How long does it take to receive the prescriptions?

Since they are being mailed from Mexico, please allow 4 weeks for delivery. (Most shipments are received within 15 days)"
