Larry -- This is Chris, and it was me who posted instead of Matt as I have decided to try and take the bull by the horns on some of this. After all: the buck stops here with me.

I certainly appreciate your post and candid truthfulness. As I have said, I really do believe that the vast majority of people here are honest, hardworking people who have their backs against the wall.

We are trying to develop a business that will help them. There are going to be bumps in the road as we go forward, there cannot but help be those bumps.

One thing I can promise you is that if you do not get your product, it will be re-shipped. There was a customer from NZ who had her product held at the border and she got a nasty letter from NZ government and we will ship hers for her at no cost to her as a matter of customer service.

Talk is cheap as you say. We know that. And, we are appreciative of the people who have posted that they are receiving their product. There are hundreds more who have not posted that we know have received -- we wish they would but get a message back from them that they are just to busy so that is the best we can do, accept it and move forward. We will hang in here.

We will do our best and that is all that anyone can do. As I said in an earlier post:

You can please all of the people some of the time
You can please some of the people all of the time
But, you can NEVER please ALL of the people ALL of the time.

And with these particular products that we have started with
(Schedule III) we know that there are going to be some unhappy people out there if they do not get these particular products right now, right then. But, as I say, the best we can do is our best: once it leaves our hands we have no control over what happens be it fast or slow.

Once again, thanks for your post. We are here to serve you!!! Bottom line. And, I really do believe that most people on this board are very honest people.
