As I have said in other posts I have no idea why some things can show up in five days, or less, and some things can take almost four weeks, if not more.

The only thing I know is once it leaves our hands it is gone and we have no control over it. I am still bumfuddled by the packages we sent EXPRESS MAIL that arrived there AFTER the packages that we sent regular Air Mail. It just does not make any sense at all to me.

I can say that I offer our apologies for whatever is causing this and we will work with all of our customers on this issue as would be expected. We will re-ship at our expense if something is not received as is posted on the site.
