We have never had a customer to NOT receive an order. I will not allow that to happen: We do have a policy of re-shipping upon non-receipt of an order. There ARE customers who have posted that they have received MORE product than they paid for. And, there ARE customers posted that they have received TWO packages as a result of this re-shipment policy. The license issue is now done, over, a moot issue. We are here to serve you. If you have a problem let us know and we will do everything in our power to resolve that problem to the benefit of everyone concerned. It was a rocky road for us during the time of the license change but we are past that now. I want to take this opportunity to THANK YOU for your patience, kindness and understanding. We were at the mercy of the attorneys, and government agencies during that period. And, with regards to the orders at this time of the year, since Thanksgiving, as has been noted everywhere on this board: this year has seen the largest volume of packages and Christmas cards in history. That has caused problems for everyone as is noted everywhere on this board. And, with this new license change we have petitioned UPS to allow us to ship with their service.
