Raj is ever the most professional and courteous I've ever dealt with. I can imagine the problems he has faced in his part of the world.

I too have had a LL from customs; perhaps higher scrutiny as one other poster has mentioned.

I will be patient. I received an email about fixing the problem, but I cannot access his website anymore.
