So, should those of us that ordered around Jan 16 contact him? I've already contacted him once a few days ago and was told to wait until the 20th. This is only my second order with an IOP (or any OP at all for that matter) and am kinda concerned about the "customs delay". Any advice from more experienced people would be greatly appreciated.
