My orders, without the express shipping, usually take a little over 2 weeks. The Christmas holiday order took exactly 17 days and that does include at least 2 major "inspection" cities. He states that it may take up to 4 weeks but I wouldn't worry because if anything goes wrong he will correct it. I would go ahead and e-mail him expressing your concern since it has been 30 days.
