I thought about sending another e-mail. As being stuck with well over 100.00 of Tranax cr*p makes me very reluctant to order from him again, despite his offer of 50% more on next order, as I will still be stuck with this inferior product. Do you think I should contact him again for a more satifactory resolution of this?
