As for the quality of the Tranex vs the Alprax, it's not as bad as others have said, IMO. But to quote the Queen of England, "We are not impressed". The codeine sulfate is good quality. I've already been in touch with R. about my concern with the Tranex. He is awaiting my reply on the quality of it and I'm confident that he will resolve this issue. Still one of the best IOP's IMO if anyone cares.
