I've been using HLM for a long time and have never had a problem, but I placed an order with him over a month ago, and finally got a tracking number on Monday, but it is now Thursday, and my tracking number still says the shipper has not shipped yet. I don't know, but I am starting to worry, and I already paid for the charge on my credit card. I have never had service from Fritz that is this slow before. Any feedback would greatly appreciated. |
