Fritz is not the kind of person to flat out not respond to a customer. I had a 2 month ordeal with him once and he always responded and I ended up finally receiving. He clearly states in his e-mails not to respond to a certian address. Just log onto the web site and use the "contact us" method of communication.

I haven't placed an order since the loss of paypal, but I guess I will place an order with him next due to the consistency he has displayed in the past.
