From the looks of my calendar, the UK has April 12, 2004, set aside as 'Easter Monday', maybe this would explain the delay in confirmations of recent orders.

It also may be a time when MM's server, is being updated or just down for some reason. Not to mention the well deserved day off for Ms. Emms

for all of her consistant customer service and care of us, I for one am willing to give her the benefit of the doubt.

[However to be on the safe side I will probably do a search, just to confirm that there haven't been any 'mishaps' in her neck of the woods
