I gave this company a try since I was having such issues with Cyberscripts rx. So I created an acct yesterday faxed all records, called to check on them a few hrs later. Person who answered was very nice, she said she received them and the Dr would be calling me Today, could not give me time. Okay, no problem. Dr called my cell at around 5pm, very nice, friendly Dr. asked me what helps, what doesn’t help. Gave me a healthy eating plan and since I lost weight within the year he advised an exercise plan as well. Said he will write me a RX with 2 refills and it will go out tonight for delivery Tomorrow. I asked for 2 day and it was almost 5:30 when we got off the phone so I did not expect it to be shipped last night, rather today. I checked the website and there is nothing to advise you when the order will ship, I hope they fix that. In fact the website gives you no info at all. Except the info you entered as your contact, shipping etc. I called this morning, spoke to a nice lady asked for the status, she says she will call me back in a few minutes, that was 1.5 half ago. I am not mad she did not call me back in a few minutes; I assumed she must be really busy. I am patient as long as my order ships Today, I am fine with that. So far, the Dr is pleasant, kind. The person who picks up the phone is very nice as well. The consult price is fair and the meds I heard are cheap. I will update once order ships and arrives. As long as they update the website to advise you what the status is, that is there downfall right now because any other company gives you up to the minute status info.
