Hello Kathy,
I am a YOD patient. I called YOD today and spoke with CS regarding my repeat consult before faxing my consult info.
I also took the liberty of faxing a copy of my yearly physical that I completed last week.
The real reason for this message is because I feel that I owe you a debt of gratitude.
Each time that I have spoken with or contacted YOD I have been greeted with professionalism and courtesy.
When I set up my initial consultation everything was straight forward and and I never ran into the problems that I assumed I would beforehand.
Your presence here on this board speaks well of both you and YOD and I must say that you have gone that extra mile to truly help and serve patients in an era when customer service is basically non existent at best. There are times when I become frustrated and just want to scream when I am faced with the apathy presented by almost every single company, place or person with whom I deal on a daily basis.
In this day and age when it seems that no one cares and apathy abounds from the Post Office to Wal-Mart, it's nice to know that someone cares. For this I would like to say thanks.
