Re: Talked with DEA

This topic has certainly got a lot of discussion going on between us. I'm sure many people read this board but I doubt the dea is making cases against anyone from reading this board. All states have laws and some states won't allow it's citizens to receive meds from an op. All states have Boards that regulate and monitor all Doctors and pharmacies. They are very aware of the op's and right now they allow them to operate. If you are using all the op's in business to get meds to sale on the street, then I understand this paranoia. If you are a legitimate CP patient and can back it up with records, scars or something, then the real worry should be laws will be passed to shut all op's down. Go to the DEA website and read about op's as they have a lot of info about "telemedicine". The bottom line is no one should have any worry or fear unless you are breaking the law and using the op's as a source of income by resale of your meds. When I read all this DEA is coming to get us stuff I start thinking someone is breaking laws and they will cause all of us to eventually return to constant pain.
