I think he was referring to the original poster who he called a "yahoo," and just acknowledging something I pointed out. I only pointed it out to find out what the guy was talking about, as I've never heard of any OP docs getting a criminal charge like that. Was not trying at all to flame anyone, if that's how it was interpreted. It looks like they deleted the post anyway.
