Hey there,
I went to check out this site because of the promotion they're offering, but when I clicked on the links to contact them, all they offer is a phone number for customer service. I'd like to email because I don't feel comfortable calling from work and asking these sorts of questions. What I'm curious about, is what a lot of people are often curious about- what exactly they're going to require as far as medical records. Do I have to send medical records to these guys before getting my consult or even after? Is that a requirement to get meds from them? My situation is such that I could get a copy of my MRI report which shows my bulged discs in the lower spine as well as my misshapen spine in the cervical area (neck- Lordosis?) and the most recent notes. The problem I fear is that, what I receive from my doctor as for medical records is an 'after visit summary report' which doesn't speak anything of my condition. Basically, it gives my vitals and what I've been prescribed. I'm concerned that this won't be sufficient as it doesn't give any pertinent details such as my complaints of frequent, severe pain associated with my back conditions. Is this going to be sufficient or even necessary? After seeing their Sept. promo, it's difficult to justify not taking part of this- but these things concern me. Any thoughts, advice or input?
Thanks!
