Hey addiction is addiction no matter what form and it is all equally terrible. I have lost loved ones and friends to addiction. It's a beast that takes you over and there isn't anything you can do about it except get help. Look, we are nobody to tell you what to do especially when it concerns ratting out your own brother but if you want to help him then you have a really good chance to now. The other issue is that you are out of pills for your back! That's a big deal too. So by filing a report on your brother you would be helping both of you. Hope this helps...
