Sure, everyone in my family knows. We are getting my hubby's Zocor from an OP, he knows. My mother knew. My daughter and son-in-law know - in fact, they both trade pills with me when I am low - or if they are low. We have mutual back trouble/same medicine exactly. No big deal.
