Just try to tell the PM Dr that over the yrs when you've been prescibed hydro after dental visits and visits to your primary care Dr that it seemed that the hydro just didn't have the effect you thought it would.The Pm Dr is there to treat your pain and if he/she doesn't know the info needed they will not be able to do their job.I hope this makes sense and answers your question.If not pm me and I'll try to explain it.My PM Dr is Great!
