If she wrote it with an Increase in the Dosage or Frequency, they should cover it...if she wrote it for the same dosage and frequency..probably not..but even if you take it in & insurance turns it down...you can just pay cash at the same pharmacy...if they have questions, let them deal with the doc...good luck
