DD'ing will not generally result in the DEA showing up on your doorstep. What it can (and will, if you're caught) result in is being blacklisted from all the OPs that share information. Many OPs utilize the same doctors, pharmacies, & computer systems...if the system catches you using 2 or more OPs simultaneously for the same type of meds, all outstanding refills you may have will be cancelled & you will not be allowed to consult with them again.
