Can I do this??

I am having a big problem with the methadone my PCP prescribed. Actually I was dumped to her from my rheumatologist and she really dosen't know about prescribing narcotics like methadone. So she gives me the minimum amount. I am in the process of finding a pain doctor, but that takes time. I went to see her the other day and explained that the dose I am taking is not working and I honestly told her I have been taking more than I should have. I had a domestic violence incident last week and I needed the extra meds. I get no breakthrough by the way. Well, she actually was great and wrote me a script for more methadone, plus some hydro. (only 30 for a month!! PCP doctors idea of pain control cracks me up!!) The problem is, my insurance is not going to go for that. I filled a script for 90 methadone about 3 weeks ago and she gave me another script for some more. Do you think that my insurance will deny this prescription? I am thinking that I may have to go to a pharmacy where I am not known and have nor records and get it filled there. I don't think this is illegal, but im pretty sure that my insurance won't fill it, nor will Walgreens let me pay cash. Do you think I should just find a new pharmacy and fill this with cash?
