What a power-tripping, judgemental, rude, unethical, unprofessional pharmacist! Bastard. I hate this kind of thing, and I'm sorry it happened to you. You don't know me, but similar things have happened to me, and I can relate and empathize. I have usually just gotten the disdainful "stink-eye" semi-sneer, sometimes worse (even though I'm over middle-aged, am reasonably well-groomed and dressed). I am grateful that my pain, while sometimes severe, is intermittent, and that I don't have to take narcotics daily. My heart goes out to anyone who needs to. But if they do, there should not be such a stigma attached to it. Ridiculous and rotten. He or she should not have to put up with such insulting behavior. Don't tolerate it.
